I understand that rationing caused organ meats to become an accepted part of the American diet, but I’m still trying to understand the desire to jell and mold everything. And the desire to eat them all on the same weekend…
Do you ever eat organ meat or jell anything other than jello?
I avoid organ meat, but I have to admit to a morbid fascination with moulded foods, so I’m worried that aspics and jellied meats might be in my future, even though they also repel me!
